Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order. We prepare quotes for any quantity, from a few units to large orders for events or campaigns, and the more units you order, the better the unit price.

How much does a personalised corporate order cost?

The price depends on the product, the number of units and the type of engraving. Tell us what you need through the form, WhatsApp or email: we usually reply in under 1 hour during opening hours and send you the quote, with no commitment, including the unit price and the delivery time.

How long does it take to have the order ready?

It depends on the product and the number of units, which is why we confirm the delivery date before we start. If we have the product and the units in stock, it can reach you the next day; if we have to order it, it takes a little longer.

If you have a deadline, tell us when you request the quote and we will work to it.

Which products can I personalise?

We engrave on steel, wood and glass: pens, keyrings, wine glasses, tumblers, bottles, cutlery, pocket knives, USB drives, fans and much more.

If the product you are looking for isn't in the shop, we work with hundreds of suppliers and manufacturers with thousands of products: tell us your idea and we will help you find it and adapt it to your project.

Can you engrave my company logo?

Yes. Send us your logo by email or WhatsApp and we will confirm whether it works for laser engraving. If you tell us which product you want it on, we will also let you know whether engraving it is a good idea.

The logo must be in solid black line art, with no greyscale or colours, in high quality PDF, AI, EPS, JPG or PNG. You will find all the details in the laser engraving image guide.

Will I see the design before you engrave it?

Yes. We send you the design before we start engraving so that you can review it and give us your approval, so you know exactly how each piece will look before it is produced.

Does laser engraving wear off with use?

No. Engraving is done with the latest laser technology, which marks the material itself for a flawless, permanent result: it does not peel off or wear away like a print or a sticker.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes. If you wish, we will issue an invoice: just send us your billing details along with the order.

Do you ship outside Spain?

Yes. We ship throughout Spain and Portugal in 24-48h, and to other countries too, which usually take around 7 days. We state the delivery time and the shipping cost in the quote.

Can I collect the order in person?

Yes, at our collection point in Jaén, at calle Fuente de la Plata, 2. It is a collection point for online orders only: we do not have a shop for display or over-the-counter sales.
